Hiking doesn't have to be a hardcore exercise; simply walkingin nature is enough! Hiking can help improve both mental and physical health, as it improves cognition and memory (short and long term). It's also a sociable and etnertaining way to exercise compared to going to a gym or fitness studio.

  • Walking in nature helps to relieve stress and pressure in your mind
  • Exercising in nature exposes you to sunshine and fresh air, which is good for insomnia and depression
  • You don't have to hike up a mountain! You can walk around your neighbourhood or local park
