Keeping active can decrease stress hormones in your body and keep your body in balance. 

  • Try to exercise for 30 minutes a day for at least 3 days a week
  • Walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, and gardening can all be ways to stay active. 
  • Drinking 2-3 litres of water a day is important, especially when exercising.
